Welcome to True Growth Strength & Conditioning!

We are a husband and wife team that decided to start True Growth Strength & Conditioning because we want to share our knowledge and passion for Fitness with the world. We are busy parents of 3 wonderful children. Exercise has changed and enhanced our lives in so many ways. It is our mission to not only help our clients meet their goals but also experience all around ‘True Growth’ in not only fitness but mindset as well.

Coach Anthony

Coach Anthony

Coach Anthony grew up in Philadelphia PA and was involved in a lot of sports growing up. He was a natural athlete and enjoyed playing basketball & football. Anthony went on to serve in the United States Army Special Operations with the 2nd battalion Army Rangers. He served 3 deployments and earned his purple heart. Once returning to civilian life Anthony turned his passion for health and wellness into a lifetime career. He attended National Personal Training Institute in Philadelphia, where he became a Certified Personal Trainer. Since then Anthony has earned various valuable certifications in kettlebell training, conditioning certifications, CrossFit level 1, and Precision Nutrition.

Coach Chelsea

Coach Chelsea was always active growing up, participating in Basketball, Track, Swim Team and was an avid Equestrian for over 10 years. It wasn’t until her early 20’s that she became interested in Lifting weights through CrossFit. Chelsea became a CrossFit Coach, and utilized lifting and exercise during her entire pregnancies. She also has experience in natural bodybuilding as she competed in NPC Figure. Chelsea holds the following certifications ACE Certified Trainer, ACE Youth Fitness Specialist, and CPR certified. However, her true passion is her specialization in training and supporting women during their pregnancy and through their postpartum journey.

It is our goal as a your Coaches to instill our passion about exercise and lifting into our clients while helping them achieve their goals.

With over 10 years of combined experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our members. We are able to work with you exclusively to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
